Registration fees and requirements for IEEE BioRob 2026.
The deadline for early registration is June 10, 2026. Registrations on or after June 11, 2026 will be charged at the late-registration rate shown in the table below. All fees are listed in US Dollars. The registration link is currently being finalized, so please check back regularly.
Registration Fees
All registration modes labeled Full or Student include access to all technical sessions of the conference from August 2 to August 4, 2026, as well as workshops on August 1, 2026.
Workshop-Day registration is only valid for attending workshops on August 1, 2026.

Paper and Poster Registration Requirements
- A Full registration, meaning a non-Student registration, is required to upload a paper in any of these categories: Regular Paper, Resubmission of Revised Papers Previously Declined at Other IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Conferences, Presentation of RAL Papers, Presentation of TMRB Papers, and Presentation of TRO Papers.
- Either a Student registration or a Full registration is required for a Late Breaking Abstract corresponding to a poster presentation.
Additional Fees
- Cost per paper for an extra paper upload: $450
- Excess page charges: $175 per page, with a maximum of two pages beyond the six-page limit. To pay for excess pages, you must first complete the final submission information for the paper in your author workspace and then return to registration. Without that step, the excess page fee will not appear in your cart.
- Guest banquet tickets may be purchased for $120 each.
