Instructions on How to Obtain an Invitation (Visa Support) Letter

For Paper Authors/Co-Authors

If you are a paper author/co-author, you can find the template in your author workspace of the PaperCept system by following the following steps:

  1. Click the link to open the conference management page: https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl
  2. Under “Conferences in 2026” find “BioRob 2026” and click “Log in” in the far right column to sign in by using your PIN and password.
  3. In the “Access a workspace” click on “Enter Author or proposer of submission …” where you will see your accepted paper(s).
  4. In the far right column, use the pull down menu “Choose an option” to select “Request an acceptance letter”.
  5. Follow instructions to fill in your personal data and download a pdf file of your letter signed by the General Chair.

For Paper Non-Authors

You will need to register as soon as the conference registration site opens in order to be able to request an invitation (visa support) letter. Stay tuned.
